THE PLANNED EXPANSION OF INCAP'S OPERATIONS IN ESTONIA WILL TAKE PLACE AS A GREEN-FIELD PLANT

Incap will accomplish the previously informed expansion of its operations in Estonia by erecting a new building. A new manufacturing facility corresponding with the production needs of Incap will be erected near the centre of Kuressaare. Incap's present production will be moved into the new leased premises during spring of 2006.

In the first phase, the building will have about 3,700 square metres of total floor space. The building is designed for expansion later on up to about 7,000 square metres.

The plan for expanding the present facility in Kuressaare was dropped because with production on three floors and limited plot space available it would have been difficult to lay out the manufacturing operation rationally and provide for future expansion. Incap's manufacturing operations in Kuressaare include PCB assembly, module manufacturing and final assembly.
