AdZone Research Retains Consultant for M&A, New Product Development

CALVERTON, N.Y., Sept. 13, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research, Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR), a pioneering Internet surveillance technology solutions provider, today announced it has retained Randy Silver, an investor, entrepreneur and veteran business consultant, to assist the company in its merger and acquisition and new product development pursuits.

"We are very pleased to have Randy Silver as a key member of our team," said AdZone Chairman & CEO Charles A. Cardona. "Randy brings nearly 30 years of business experience, more than a third of them as an investment banker. We believe his M&A and product development expertise will help AdZone add substantial revenues."

In addition to his investment banking background, Silver has had extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, and founded two companies in that sector, one of which was sold to a competitor and the other to a Fortune 500 company.

Silver said he envisions AdZone's product offerings expanding beyond the software area. "One product under development is business security related and has the potential for substantial revenues," he said. "It will be marketed to major businesses and home security firms. Another product is healthcare related, and will be marketed in all environments in which computers are used on a daily basis."

An investor in early stage public companies, Silver has a B.A. degree in economics and management. He resides with his family in Chicago.
