(OTCBB:RVMN) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved a new shareholder dividend for shareholders of record. Each shareholder shall receive 100 warrants for each share of common stock owned as of September 30, 2005.
The warrants will entitle the shareholder to purchase 100 shares of restricted stock at $0.02 per share for each share owned as of September 30, 2005. The shareholder can exercise the warrants during a two-month window between October 1, 2005 and November 30, 2005.
