Ultitek Subsidiary Signs Multi-Million Dollar Agreement with Air Union


ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., Sept. 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ultitek Ltd. (Pink Sheets:UITK) is pleased to announce that their wholly-owned subsidiary, TAIS, has signed a multi-million dollar agreement with Air Union, the second largest Russian Airline to supply them with a revenue management system. The solution provided by TAIS is done through a strategic alliance made between TAIS and Lufthansa Systems.
