As a result of the sale the share of the Finnish State from the share capital and voting rights in Kemira Oyj decreased from approximately 55.1% to approximately 48.7%.
Finnish State owned before the sale 68,753,920 shares and after the sale owns 60,753,920 shares in Kemira Oyj. Total number of Kemira Oyj shares and voting rights is 124,785,500.
