VANCOUVER, British Columbia, September 23rd, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Maisonette Home Products, Ltd. ("the Company"), the Canadian subsidiary of Maisonette International Enterprises Ltd. (Pink Sheets:MAEN) http://www.maisonetteworld.com, is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed an inspection by its buyers for the first order of its panelized prefabricated homes for the United Kingdom, in accordance with the terms of its licensing agreement with Winton Global, Ltd. of Prince George, Canada (http://www.wintonglobal.com).
Following a previous announcement dated June 16th, 2005, the Company is pleased to announce the successful completion of the visit its clients from the United Kingdom for the export of panelized prefabricated homes to be delivered in the spring of 2006 to the United Kingdom. Under the terms of the Agreement, Maisonette will act as exclusive agent for Winton Global (www.wintonglobal.com) and sell its prefabricated panelized homes to developers in the United Kingdom. The Company is also working closely with Winton Global to produce marketing materials and online content for the sale of its homes in the United Kingdom and other territories being negotiated with Winton. The final first order signing should happen in the next 4 to 6 weeks as both clients and the Company are putting the finishing touches on the exact specifications making up the housing packages. The Company plans to ship several homes in 2005 and start extensive marketing from that point on in association with its clients developers in the United Kingdom. The company expects a high volume of houses shied in 2006 to the United Kingdom.

The Company plans to export in excess of 50 homes per year from 2007 onward and we look forward to more orders coming our way. The Company will send a team of experienced framers once the homes arrive at destination and a training crew will be formed in the United Kingdom to build future homes planned for delivery in 2006 and beyond. The Company is also in the process of bidding for an additional 30 homes for early 2006 delivery and we plan to have all bidding processes completed in the next month or so. The operation is going to increase our Canadian company's revenues and will contribute positively to the bottom line of the company's group profits.
