The appointment is our first step in filling vacancies in recent management changes.
National has scheduled a special board meeting to obtain a resolution to change the name of the company to TGC Ventures International Inc. The purpose of the name change is to better reflect the international nature of business activity of the company.
Both Mr. Johansen and Mr. Gary Kelley will continue as independent consultants until the end of the year as previously outlined.
The Company is introducing Early Detection Cancer Clinics to North America. Our clinics will use FDA approved Infra-red Thermal Imaging Technology. This non-invasive form of diagnosis determines structure changes in the tissues, leading to possible early detection.
