LOS ANGELES, Sept. 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- California-based Archer Entertainment Media Communications Inc. (AEMCI), announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to merge with Fidelitas Management, Inc. (Pink Sheets:FDLM). When the merger is completed later this year the new entity will be known as Archer Entertainment Media Communications, Incorporated.
