Mr. Huckabee has more than 10 years of experience in securities trading, equity underwriting, banking and investor relations. He has provided investor relations and corporate communications counsel to a wide variety of publicly traded companies in the consumer, healthcare, biotechnology, technology and services sectors. Huckabee has advised clients on a range of investor relations issues, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, secondary offerings, restructurings, proxy issues and corporate crises.

As a syndicate trader, investor and advisor, Huckabee has participated in more than 100 initial public and secondary offerings.
Huckabee earned a bachelor's degree in English and history with a special emphasis on creative writing from the University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing an MBA in finance at Pepperdine University.
