CinTel Corp. Relocates Corporate Headquarters

Kentucky Becomes 'New' Home

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Sept. 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- CinTel Corp. (CinTel) (OTCBB:CNCN) has officially relocated its American corporate headquarters to Louisville, Kentucky. After giving consideration to several other larger markets, CinTel and its executive team saw this Southeastern city as a perfect hub for the North America market. The move to Louisville centralizes the operations group and many of CinTel's services. "We are excited to be a part of the Bluegrass corporate community," says President and CEO, Sang-Don Kim. "We like the central geographic location but we also are impressed with the successful companies we will work along side, like UPS Worldwide, General Electric, Ford, the entire horseracing community, and not to mention the unsurpassed hospitality of Louisvillians." To be sure they ensconce themselves in the midst of the Louisville corporate activity, CinTel Corp has agreed to join several local organizations including Louisville's Greater Louisville Inc., the metro chamber of commerce and TeN (Technology Network), a regional technology group associated with GLI.

CinTel has aggressive plans to create a more diverse and effective performance enhancing product line for this expansion market. With the move to Louisville, CinTel will become a more rounded IT solution provider that focuses on bringing cutting edge solutions from the Korean market to the Americas and beyond. CinTel recently signed a significant cooperative/co-branding agreement with Hyundai HDS Corp and is very pleased to add this prestigious account to its long list of other worldwide companies.

CinTel's head, Sang-Don Kim, believes, "This Hyundai relationship fulfills a corporate strategy and takes CinTel in a new direction affording us the ability to bring creative new products and solutions to the North American market. We will leverage the strength of our Asian partnerships and successful technology offerings there to react quickly and effectively to the needs of our North America customers."

In a move of strength, CinTel Corp has appointed technology expert, JD Sparks, as its newest management staff member, to organize the North American market. A Louisville native, Sparks will use his knowledge of the national and local IT community to reach out to potential distributors and partners. Sparks details plans by saying, "We are eager to find the right partners for our technically-advanced product line and will diligently seek out trusted IT professionals, both regionally and nationally to quickly build on Louisville's fertile technology breeding ground. We are excited about the bevy of technology experts housed right here in the Louisville, Kentucky area."

CinTel is wasting no time settling into its new North America home and establishing a strong base of operations. As such CinTel has retained the services of several local firms, including marketing firm, Wira Associates; The Baach Creative Group; Web Design Company, TP Film and renowned technology expert, Stephen Arnold for technology market research. Sparks says, "Our CinTel home is in Louisville and we intend to draw on the expertise of other success-driven Louisville companies."
