Nevada Gold Celebrates in Grande Style


HOUSTON and COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Oct. 17, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (AMEX:UWN) announced today the Re-Grande Opening of the Colorado Grande Casino in Cripple Creek, Colorado on October 18, 2005. The Company purchased the property in April of 2005 from Isle of Capri-Black Hawk, LLC, a joint venture with Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq:ISLE).

Upgrades to the facility include: TITO machine placement, new Grande Rewards Slot Club, new exterior awnings, as well as a total interior refurbish including new carpet, wallpaper, paint, curtains and seating. The popular Maggie's Restaurant has also had an extensive "face-lift," but the spirit of Maggie's lives on with the quality cuisine which has made it a sought-after destination in Cripple Creek for years.

Festivities officially begin at opening with double points and special food offers based on play through November 30.
