(OTCBB:CYSL) announces the creation of a newly formed Advisory Board which, among other things, will provide guidance and assistance in pursuing the company's strategic direction. To facilitate these opportunities, Mr. Alex Rankin has agreed to assume Chairmanship of the Advisory Board.
Catalyst intends to change and strengthen the company's value proposition for its customers and shareholders. As part of a strategic redirection, Catalyst is aggressively exploring new technologies providing solutions, products and services for its existing customers in the parking lot, sports facility and other industries with outdoor venues.
Mr. Rankin has been a key player in the creation, development and executive management of a variety of businesses. After a career in professional football in the Canadian Football League (CFL), Mr. Rankin led corporate development as a key member of a small team of executives with Agra Inc. in Canada, growing that public company from $50 million to over $1 billion in revenue. Personal initiatives have included leadership of over 50 acquisitions, turn around or executive management of businesses in waste management and financial services, as well as the successful turn around of a $75 million engineering, construction and industrial manufacturing business which ultimately became Canada's second-largest engineering firm. Subsequent to his career at Agra, Mr. Rankin founded and led Nexcycle Inc. to become the 14th largest waste management firm in the U.S.; ranked as the fastest growing private company in Texas and the third fastest in the U.S. in 1998 by Inc. Magazine. Mr. Rankin is based in Dallas, Texas and serves in a number of board and advisory capacities for selected public and private companies.
