BURNABY, British Columbia, Oct. 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- ADCapital Industries (Pink Sheets:ADCS) announces that it has made a proposal to the California Air Resources Board.
ADCS is excited about their proposal to the California Air Resources Board (ARB), a part of the Environmental Protection Agency, which reports directly to the Governor's Office in the Executive Branch of the California State Government.
On Oct. 26, 2005, a comprehensive proposal was given to the ARB which included the independent test results of the ADCS's technology. These results proved a 97% reduction in the vehicle emission NOx! ADCS developed a cartridge housing the remarkable technology that fits inside old and new vehicle muffler unit systems.
The product is called the Auto Emission Post Regulator (AEPR) and in its third generation model, virtually flawless, is ready to be put on every vehicle. The proposal contains a groundbreaking strategy which could virtually terminate all NOx emissions in California's smog crisis.
Alan C. Lloyd, Chairman of California's Air Resources Board, recently stated that, "Air pollution is one of our state's most serious problems. California's population now numbers around 37 million and grows with each passing day. As the human population grows, so do the number of motor vehicles and the number of miles those vehicles are driven. This growth is important because motor vehicles contribute about 67% of our air pollution." ADCS's contact within the California Air Resources Board has assured that all information will be seen by the appropriate parties.
