(Pink Sheets:RLTR) clarifies an earlier press release announcing that the Company has remitted 1.5 million shares of RLTR restricted common stock to Innovative Communications Technologies, Inc., (Pink Sheets:ICTN) as payment for $75,000 in consulting fees owed to ICTN in connection with the licensing of their Media Device Technology. This payment brings ReelTime current though October 1, 2005 and eliminates the majority of all outstanding debt currently on the Company's balance sheet.
