An increase in the share capital of Aspo Plc totaling EUR 1,688.40 was registered today. The increase resulted from the exercision of subscription rights on 2,520 shares from the convertible capital notes issued in 2004.
Following the registration of these shares, the registered share capital of Aspo Plc totals EUR 17,201,019.21 with a total of 25,673,163 shares outstanding.
The new shares entitle their holders to dividends for fiscal 2005. Other shareholder rights are to become effective as of the date of registration.
The new shares will be traded on the Helsinki Stock Exchange as of November 3, 2005.
