Deep Rock Oil & Gas, Inc. Continues Growth Strategy With New Acquisition to Add Potential $1,000,000 in Annual Revenues


TULSA, Okla., Nov. 2, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Deep Rock Oil & Gas, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DPRK) announced today that it has acquired its first acreage positioned along the Washington Gathering System in Northern Oklahoma. The property is located in a natural gas rich area adjacent to two newly drilled wells that each appear capable of producing as much as 150,000 CF of natural gas.

This new acquisition has the potential for up to four offset wells with gross annual revenues of over $750,000. Upon successful completions, the four offset wells could add up to 2 BCF in additional gross gas to Deep Rock.
