Vaisala Oyj Stock Exchange Announcement 8.11.2005 at 10.00 1(1)
By October 21, 2005, a total of 7 450 Vaisala A-shares were subscribed for with the warrants granted in 2000 to the key personnel of Vaisala. As a result of the subscriptions, the share capital of Vaisala was increased by 7 450 new A-shares, i.e., by EUR 3,132.72. The corresponding increase was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on November 8, 2005. As a result of the increase, the share capital of Vaisala is now EUR 7,353,038.60 and the total number of shares is 17,486,450.
The first dividend on new A-Shares is payable for the year 2005. An application will be made to admit the new shares for trading on the Helsinki Exchanges November 9, 2005.
