(Pink Sheets:MAEN) http://www.maisonetteworld.com, is pleased to announce that further to its announcement dated September 23, 2005 in regards to its shipping of prefabricated homes to the United Kingdom, the shipping quotes received for its first shipment have been verbally accepted by its customer.
The Company is also working closely with Winton Global Homes Ltd., the Company's manufacturing partner, to produce marketing materials and online content for the sale of its homes worldwide through a joint venture previously discussed between the Company and its manufacturing Winton. The final first order signing should happen in the next four weeks as both the client and the Company are putting details of the payments for the first housing package. The Company plans to ship four homes in 2005 and grow its orders in 2006 and beyond. The company expects solid returns from this new venture and is planning to have its online website for the sale of its home packages worldwide by March 2006.
