HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pa., Dec. 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Wireless Xcessories Group, Inc. (AMEX:XWG), a nationwide manufacturer and distributor of electronic and cellular accessories, and PaySpot, a subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq:EEFT) and a leading prepaid provider in the U.S., today announced a joint marketing and distribution agreement.
Wireless Xcessories will offer its 2,500 independent wireless dealers, including more than 1,200 website affiliates, prepaid mobile handsets and wireless airtime PIN programs for all major wireless carriers in the U.S. In turn, PaySpot will offer the Wireless Xcessories Group product line to its nationwide prepaid retail customers. Wireless Xcessories Group will also have the opportunity to offer PaySpot's merchant services, such as bill payment, to its customers.
