Vaisala Oyj, through its US subsidiary Vaisala Inc., has completed the acquisition of Sigmet, Inc. in Westford, Massachusetts, USA.
 
Sigmet has been merged to Vaisala Inc. as of January 4, 2006, and will continue operations as Vaisala Sigmet product line.
