Mr. Rooter of Seattle Offers ACE DuraFlo's ePIPE Technology for King and Snohomish Counties

SEATTLE, Jan. 9, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Today Mr. Rooter of Seattle announces it has adopted ACE DuraFlo's ePIPE(tm) technology and will immediately offer this unique pipe restoration process to its customers in King and Snohomish Counties. ePIPE(tm) technology involves applying an epoxy barrier coating to an existing plumbing system and prevents pinhole leaks, increases water flow and prevents the leaching of heavy metals, such as lead, into the water supply. It can be applied to copper and galvanized pipes.

"ACE DuraFlo is excited to add Mr. Rooter of Seattle as an ACE DuraFlo licensed applicator of ePIPE(tm). Mr. Rooter of Seattle has proven its work to be excellent, dependable and up to the ACE DuraFlo standard in every way," Stuart Tucker, President of ACE DuraFlo Systems, LLC says.

Last month ACE DuraFlo announced a company milestone by restoring the plumbing in 3,000 homes in the United States since it began servicing the residential market in 2001. With the addition of Mr. Rooter of Seattle, an established and well respected plumbing company serving the greater Seattle market for more than 16 years, ACE DuraFlo gains new momentum in Washington State.

"Mr. Rooter of Seattle is pleased to give customers a safe solution to pinhole leaks, and corrosion damage," says Vincent Sposari, President of Mr. Rooter of Seattle. "With ePIPE(tm) technology we can now restore copper and galvanized water pipes in place, generally without ripping up floors, walls or ceilings."

About ACE DuraFlo and ePIPE(tm)

ACE DuraFlo's unique "in-place" pipe restoration technology restores failing copper and encrusted galvanized piping systems, generally without the extensive demolition that accompanies a traditional plumbing repipe. The process involves air-drying of the pipes, burst sanding and the application of an epoxy barrier coating resulting in a restored epoxy lined plumbing system called ePIPE(tm). ACE DuraFlo offers a complete solution for pinhole leaks and corrosion control for both commercial and residential plumbing systems.
