WHAT: The DGA is holding its thirteenth annual "Meet the Nominees: Movies for Television" symposium, which will explore the art and craft of directing movies for television. The event will include a screening of clips from the nominated movies and a conversation moderated by Director Mick Garris (Stephen King's The Stand and The Shining) with nominees James Sadwith, Fred Schepisi and George C. Wolfe. The discussion will be followed by a cocktail reception in the Guild's atrium. WHEN: Wednesday, January 25, 2006 7:00 P.M.
