Continuing to expand its outsourced customer base, Harland Financial Solutions announced the signing of a five-year agreement to provide its Intrieve(R) outsourced core processing solution through its Enterprise Services Center to Sonoran Bank of Goodyear, Arizona, a de novo that anticipates opening its doors in March 2006. Harland Financial Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of John H. Harland Company (NYSE:JH).
In addition to providing outsourced core processing, Harland Financial Solutions also will provide Sonoran Bank with its Intrieve(R) Voice Master interactive voice response system, Intrieve(R) Item Processing Services and Financial Management Software (FMS) Investments, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Accrued Items accounting modules. The bank also will implement Laser Pro(R), Harland Financial Solutions' compliant loan origination and documentation solution.
Harland Financial Solutions impressed Sonoran Bank's leadership with its industry experience and emphasis on customer support and service. The company's background in data center operations and application expertise was especially appealing to the bank.
"Sonoran found a proven technology partner in Harland Financial Solutions," said Jim Vigars, president of Sonoran Bank. "As a start-up bank, we were looking for a vendor to provide us with the comprehensive solutions we need to effectively compete in the marketplace. Harland Financial Solutions has the products, services and technology expertise that will enable us to attract and grow our customer base."
Beth Basil, senior vice president and general manager of Harland Financial Solutions' Intrieve Systems, understands the critical role the company's Cincinnati-based Enterprise Services Center plays in the performance of outsourced processing. "Our Enterprise Services Center differentiates Harland Financial Solutions from its competitors. We have the technical knowledge and secure facility to maintain uncompromised control over information processing. This quality support ensures our customers' data is protected and servicing is uninterrupted."
