ATLANTA, Feb. 14, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Interland (Nasdaq:INLD), soon to be Web.com, Inc., a leading provider of websites and online services for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), today announced that Hawaiian Telcom, the leading telecommunications provider for the state of Hawaii, agreed to resell Interland's website design, hosting, email, eCommerce and various Web services to Hawaiian Telcom's customer base. Specific terms of the deal are not disclosed.

Under the terms of this deal, Hawaiian Telcom will migrate its current customers on similar services over to Interland and offer Interland's website and hosting services to new customers moving forward. Hawaiian Telcom is equipped with both "feet on the street" and tele-sales people that will be able to sell Web services.
