StockPickReport Commentary -- February 16, 2006
Another penny pick was up 4.24% today. "Penny" stocks have different definitions, but one definition is a stock between $1 and $10. Some of these have market capitalizations of $500 million, so they are no slouchers.
We are going to keep staying on the sidelines. Not for lack of trying...we have searched high and low for many stock picks, and the overall indicators do not look very favorable right now. A dramatic sell-off would actually be nice.
If stocks do rally, it is a "bounce out of nowhere", something un-chartable.
In fact, staying in mostly cash is quite nice when the market goes down, isn't it? We've been saying for about a month to be careful out there, and you still should be. Don't try to be a hero by catching a bounce before an indication of one.
Don't worry, we will keep monitoring, and adding trades that could go up.
