New Majority Shareholder at LTU International Airways

MIAMI, Feb. 27, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Intro Verwaltungs GmbH headquartered near Nuremberg, Germany has acquired a 60% share of LTU International Airways. The German Rewe Group will continue to hold a 40% share in the German Airline.

Intro is also a majority shareholder in the German Airline dba, which is the second largest German domestic carrier offering up to 200 daily flights connecting most German cities as well as a selection of European airports.

dba Airline is considered the ideal partner for LTU and both carriers are already busy making plans to coordinate a common network. LTU will greatly benefit from dba Airlines using their inner German network as feeder flights, thus being able to cover most of Germany via its Duesseldorf hub, located in the North Rhine Westphalia region of Germany. Detailed planning and strategic route restructuring will offer travelers ideal connections for the best possible value.

In May 2005, LTU increased its North American timetable by adding 6 weekly flights between New York's John F. Kennedy Airport and Duesseldorf, Germany. LTU will increase the service and offer daily flights as of June 2006 from JFK. LTU will continue its successful service from 4 other U.S. gateways Los Angeles, Miami, Orlando and Ft. Myers and the 2 large Canadian gateways Toronto and Vancouver.
