Designed to manage visitors in an office-building environment. This product was specifically designed to target A-B-C Class office buildings, banks Dormitories and Government buildings.
No more visitor logbooks... no more worries. With VisiTant, a visitor's identification data is electronically scanned into a database system and with a push of a button VisiTant generates a visitor's picture badge ID.
VisiTant provides a simple and secure visitor badge and tracking system. Users scan an ID and in under 10 seconds all the visitor's information (including a picture) is intelligently extracted into a database and made available for on-screen validation.
In addition VisiTant can automatically perform a criminal background check.
REPORTS:
1. Visitors on Site Now - Displays a listing of all visitors on site. The report is grouped into Escorted and Non Escorted Visitors. Escorted visitors records will display the visitor's escort information.
2. Report by Geographical Location - Allows a user to look up all visitors from a State or specified country within a specified date range.
3. Single Visitor Query - Provides access to a visitor's historical information. Intelligent query screens assist the user in identifying a specific visitor. Once identified, this report will display all prior visits along with a summary total of the number of visits and a picture of their ID.
4. Visitor Query by Time Period - Listing of all visitors within a specified date range.
5. Visitor Hours Summary Report - Reports visitor hours individually or by visitor category down to the last minute for any specified date range. Useful for time tracking or billing purposes
The product comes turnkey and our out of the box solution allows the product to be plugged in and used almost immediately. We also provide data back up using our DataSafe back up solution. With our service contract you receive off site secure back up of your visitor information, unlimited technical support and unlimited version upgrades at no additional cost.
VisiTant RX
Manages the visitor flow in the health services environment. VisiTant Rx can streamline and manage the visitors in Hospitals, Health laboratories, pharmacies, clinics and Research & Development facilities. Visitors can be given or restricted from access within any point of the facility. Visitors can be listed as family members of patients, guests, contractors, medical staff or any other designate the facility would deem appropriate. Each reporting field is customizable to the clients needs.
VisiTant Exchange
Designed for the retail client, Pawnshops, Gun shops, High End Jewelry stores to name a few. Each one of these businesses need to be able to identify who their client is, confirm the clients identity, validate the client information and be able to attach the clients' valuables to the individual either buying or selling their product. Visitant Exchange is an out of the box turnkey solution that allows the retailer to quickly and easily match their client with their clients trade in or purchase. The product allows you to do an immediate background check if appropriate. The product prints an identification tag for the trade in or purchase item and produces a pictured validation card for the customer. Now the customer may easily redeem their product by presenting their validation receipt, once scanned the system will confirm that the correct individual is authorized to retrieve or receive the product, payment or service.
VisiTant Xtreme
This product was designed to manage visitor traffic in the most extreme conditions. This ruggedized design allows for management of visitor traffic in remote settings such as war torn or disaster ridden areas where large amounts of people need to be identified and logged quickly. Our system allows for instant enrollment and database building and with our wireless capability we can have the information sent to any central command area in the world. VisiTant Elite
This is our premier product and is designed to manage and track visitors within any facility. The product has the capability to track any visitor at any moment in time. The product allows you to track multiple visitors in a facility, view their location on an interactive schematic map of the facility and, using our RFID tracking system, know their whereabouts at any given time. Further, security notification can be sent wirelessly to remote security personnel via PDA. The system tracks by location and time, length of stay, when they departed, who authorized their visit, number of times they entered a specific facility area and when the visitor departed. This product can be completely customized to meet the specific needs of each facility.
