According to the terms of the stock option scheme, the subscription price with C stock options is EUR 6.11 per share.
The terms and conditions of the year 2000 stock option scheme were published in a stock exchange release on 10 April 2000. The amendment to the terms and conditions approved by the 2005 Annual General Meeting was published in a stock exchange release on 30 March 2005.
