TOUSA Announces Pricing of Its Senior Notes


HOLLYWOOD, Fla., April 5, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Technical Olympic USA, Inc. (NYSE:TOA) announced today that it has priced an offering of $250.0 million in aggregate principal amount of its 8 1/4% Senior Notes due April 2011. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the offering to repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.

These senior notes were offered in an unregistered offering pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act. The senior notes offered in this transaction will not be registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from registration requirements.
