Cavanaugh first joined MJM in 2005 as SIU vice president of program management, where he expertly led the expansion and national development of MJM's SIU program. Cavanaugh transitioned to vice president of business development, where he supervised unprecedented company growth. Later, he focused on MJM's commitment to meeting individual client needs as vice president of program management. His extensive industry experience, from field investigations to operations management, has benefited MJM's clients as MJM continues to provide an expanding breadth and depth of services.
Cavanaugh's promotion reflects MJM's success as the leader in providing exceptional U.S. and international services. As general manager of west coast operations, Cavanaugh will lead the service center in delivering total customer satisfaction to clients.

Cavanaugh received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut and has continued his education with industry-respected programs such as Allstate Insurance's Tech-Cor, the IRG Special Investigations Unit School, and Kinesic interview techniques.
