(Coram), a leading national provider of home infusion and specialty pharmaceutical distribution services, in a move to further focus the company's efforts on its core business and expand its specialty pharmacy offerings, announced today that it has sold the assets of two of its respiratory therapy locations in Lenexa, KS and Plymouth, MI to Lincare, Inc., a provider of in-home respiratory care, infusion therapy and medical equipment.
The sale of these two respiratory therapy locations is part of a larger company strategy to concentrate Coram resources on its core competencies of complex home infusion therapies and specialty pharmacy distribution.

Coram's home infusion and Specialty Pharmacy operations were unaffected by the transaction.
