Carpenter will be starting in the No. 12 pole position.
This race will take place on Sunday, May 28 at 1:00 PM at the legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Indianapolis, Indiana. In addition to the 250,000 fans viewing the race from reserved seats, and thousands more accommodated in the infield, the race will be nationally televised on ABC, starting with the pre-race show at 12:00 PM.
