HADERA, Israel, June 22, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Malers Automation and Control Ltd. ("Malers") (Pink Sheets:MALR) today announced that the former control persons of Malers, Inc. have sold their controlling shares to new management.
Ronen Luzon and Arina Boyanovsky, the former management of Malers, Inc., and its operating subsidiary have sold the controlling interest in Malers, Inc. to new management, and at the same time have purchased back control of the operating subsidiary.
The operating subsidiary, Malers Automation and Control Ltd., is an Israeli systems company that develops, manufactures, sells and maintains automation and control systems for industrial applications.
The sale was closed effective as of May 26, 2006.
