SPOKANE, Wash., June 23, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Helena Silver Mines, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HLSV) of Spokane, and Dome Copper, a privately held mineral development company based in Reno, Nevada, announced today that they have signed a definitive share exchange agreement.
Separately, Helena also announced the scheduling of a special shareholders meeting for July 14, 2006, to be held in Reno, Nevada, wherein the shareholders will be asked to approve a name change to "Consolidated Goldfields, Inc." Upon finalization of the share exchange, the company will move its headquarters to Reno, Nevada, and the Board of Directors and Officers of the Company will be as follows:
