(OTCBB:MPTS) (the "Company") confirms that the Board of Directors has considered and approved a resolution calling on the stockholders of the Company to authorize the Board of Directors to consolidate the Company's issued and outstanding common shares on a two (2) old common shares to one (1) new common share basis and change the Company's name to Global Gaming Holdings Inc.
The Board of Directors shall seek to obtain shareholder approval of the prospective action and amendment to the Company's certificate of incorporation by obtaining the written consent of those shareholders holding a majority of the Company's shares issued and outstanding.
The record date for determining those shareholders entitled to vote on the proposed consolidation and amendment to the Company's certificate of incorporation is July 15, 2006.
