(Pink Sheets:ARMM) ("ARMM"), announced today that it has installed its Internet-based EffTrack(tm) service with fully automated data collection for 2 chillers in Case and Associates Properties, Inc.'s Richmond Tower complex located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The operational changes that have been identified by EffTrack and made by the plant engineers have resulted in a 20% increase of efficiency. This translates into over $8,000 in energy savings per year beyond the cost of the EffTrack program.
