The sale is made subject to a certified result as to the pollution inquiry to the Copenhagen County and has furthermore been executed in accordance with the information in the Interim report for 2Q 2006. The sale will thus entail a positive EBIT effect of approx. DKK 60 million (approx. DKK 45 million after tax) as well as a reduction in the net interest-bearing debt of approx. DKK 110 million. The amounts are already included in the latest Group forecast regarding expectations for 2006.
Concurrently with the sale, a lease agreement for the premises has been closed implying that Brødrene Hartmann A/S must leave the premises at the latest by 31 March 2008.
