In accordance with the relevant stock exchange regulations (Börsengesetz Art. 21) Private Equity Holding AG announces that a group represented by Dr. Peter Derendinger, ALPHA Associates AG, together holds 405,199 registered shares, which corresponds to 10.00% of the voting rights after the cancellation of 450,000 treasury shares as of September 27, 2006.
The group of shareholders comprises ALPHA Associates AG (Talstrasse 66, 8001 Zurich), Dr. Peter Derendinger (8832 Wollerau), Dr. Petra Salesny (8006 Zurich), Petr Rojicek (8126 Zumikon) and Christoph Huber (8700 Küsnacht).
