The Intel TIA award is presented each year at the semi-annual Intel Developer Forum (IDF) to recognize technological advancements and innovation.
Emulex's IOP 502M is the industry's only multi-protocol storage processor, allowing Fibre Channel, SAS and SATA connections simultaneously and the IOP 504 is the industry's first quad-channel Fibre Channel controller with integrated storage processor. Both products, in addition to the Emulex IOC 504, afford significant flexibility in designing storage solutions, ranging from entry-level to the enterprise that can capitalize on multiple protocols.
