YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Class Action has been filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York against Cablevision Systems Corporation (NYSE:CVC) ("CVC" or the "Company") and its Directors.
The Complaint charges CVC and its Directors, including Dolan family members, with violating their fiduciary duties to shareholders by attempting to take the Company private at an unfair price.
Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of herself and all holders of CVC's common stock. Excluded from the Class are the defendants and members of their immediate families, any entity in which a defendant has a controlling interest and the heirs of any such excluded party.
