The Feintool Group - a leading technology and systems provider and a globally operating components supplier based in Lyss, Switzerland - has announced the appointment of Jürg E. Wenger as its new CFO.
The Board of Directors of Feintool International Holding has announced the appointment of the new Feintool Group CFO. Jürg E. Wenger, a 51-year-old chartered accountant, has the appropriate background and experience for the job. "As the former longstanding CFO of the listed Mikron Technology Group and current CFO of Sultex AG, he has the necessary track record with companies in our sector", said Board Chairman Fritz F. Boesch. One thing is clear for the Deputy Chairman of the Feintool Board, Alexander von Witzleben: "Our new CFO's experience as a member of the Group Management of both companies will be extremely valuable at Feintool." Jürg Wenger will take over from Reto Welte, who is joining Kardex, on 1 February 2007. Following the appointment of Joachim Kaufmann as new CEO a few weeks ago, Feintool's top management team is now complete again.
