The management of DPA Flex Group N.V. (DPA Flex), in consultation with the supervisory board, intends to recommend Michel van Hemele (50) as commissioner for the company. The recommendation shall be decided on by vote in an extraordinary shareholder's meeting to be convened before the end of this year.
Michel van Hemele is one of the founders and managing partners of Essensys, supplier of highly qualified executive temporary management. Before now, Michel van Hemele was chairman of the board of managers of Carestel, the Euronext quoted catering group, and chairman of the board of managers of Europe's number five in human resources solutions, Solvus, for ten years. In addition, he is also a respected professor of International Management and Corporate Strategy at the EHSAL management school in Brussels. Michel van Hemele has a seat in a number of supervisory boards of other renowned international companies, as commissioner or as chairman. Mr. Van Hemele has Belgian nationality.
The management of DPA Flex has arrived at this choice based on Mr. Van Hemele's very good record of service in the sector and his experiences in the field of company growth. The supervisory board members believe that Mr. Van Hemele will be a valuable addition to the existing knowledge and experience.
