Thoma Cressey Completes Acquisition of Vision Solutions and iTera, Inc.; Vision and iTera Announce Merger

IRVINE, CA and SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 2, 2006 -- Thoma Cressey Equity Partners announced today it has finalized its acquisition of Vision Solutions and iTera, Inc. Concurrently, Vision Solutions and iTera are merging and the newly formed enterprise is privately held by Thoma Cressey. Financial details of the transaction will not be disclosed.
