Integrated Software IDVJ BENEFIT Provides Seamless Multi-Annual Maintenance Management Platform

LAS VEGAS and KIRYAT BIALIK, Israel, Nov. 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Integrated Software Development Ltd. (ISD) (Other OTC:IDVJ), a provider of enterprise software aimed at small- and medium-sized enterprises, today announced that Advice Electronics, a power systems solution provider, has upgraded its BENEFIT system for its multi-annual service commitments and operations.

Advice Electronics has upgraded from BENEFIT v4 to BENEFIT v5, including a module that allows the company to transfer all its historical invoice data from SAP MANAGE to its CRM system. The new version therefore allows Advice to manage all service operations, maintenance contracts and services for all its products. In BENEFIT v5, historical data on products sold in the past are seamlessly integrated with current and future sales and maintenance commitments. Advice Electronics is a comprehensive power systems solution provider that develops, and manufacturers a broad range of related products, and represents major global power supply companies including GE-DE, Kepco, Mean Well, Sunpower, Cherokee and many others. Its clients are among Israel's major corporations.

Moti Maram, CEO of ISD, notes that despite its strong attempts, SAP MANAGE has not convinced BENEFIT customers to replace BENEFIT with SAP's own CRM solution. "Our clients simply refuse to replace their BENEFIT system with SAP's competing module, and they insist on integrating BENEFIT with their SAP system. The fierce competition with SAP MANAGE in the local market has shown us just how loyal our customers are," notes Maram. "Our system offers outstanding, seamless capabilities for managing a multi-annual database, integrating sales, maintenance contracts and service calls, with elegance and simplicity," adds Moti Maram.

BENEFIT is an off-the-shelf solution that is geared towards small- to mid-sized customers in service-intensive industries. It offers the power and many of the features found in custom-made CRM and ERP enterprise systems at a fraction of the cost. BENEFIT includes many CRM functions serving the needs of organizations for greater internal efficiency, cost control, and customer service quality.

CRM is a fast-growing dynamic market, characterized by the emergence and increasing popularity of open-source software and buyer consumption models such as hosted and subscription offerings. Total CRM software revenue grew by 13.7% in 2005 to $5.7 billion, according to a recent industry report by Gartner Inc. As buyers recognize CRM as a key driver of customer acquisition and retention, continued market growth is expected with a compound annual growth rate of 11.2% until 2010, with North America as the leading source of small to midsize business application software revenues.
