Chanticleer Holdings Announces Approval to Move to the Bulletin Board Exchange


CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 14, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Chanticleer Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:CEEH) today announced that the Company's securities have been approved by the National Association of Securities Dealers for trading on the over-the-counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB). Effective immediately, the Company's shares have begun trading on the over-the-counter Bulletin Board under ticker symbol "CEEH."
