Mr. Kadrich comes to Marine with over 10 years experience in commercial lending, with his most recent position at Irwin Union Bank, Milwaukee, where he served as Assistant to the President and Director of Commercial Lending. Additionally, Mr. Kadrich excelled in academics by earning a Master degree in both Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

In 2004, Mr. Kadrich was the leading SBC lender for the Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation and continues to build strong commercial and real estate relationships throughout the community as a result of his creative marketing and business strategies.
