Appointments at Fortis

 

Brigitte Boone is appointed CEO Investment Banking Fortis, part of the newly created Merchant, Corporate and Private Banking.  Investment Banking will regroup a number of activities among which Corporate Finance activities presently headed by Maxime Jadot.  As of the 1st of January, these activities will be under the responsibility of Simon Barnasconi.

 

Maxime Jadot will be appointed Country Manager Banking France subject to regulatory approvals.  After a transition period, he will take over the responsibilities of Luc Willemyns on 1 March 2007.
