ASCAP Announces Artist Line-Up for 2007 Sundance Film Festival Daytime Music Café

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 20, 2006 -- ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors
and Publishers) is pleased to announce the artist line-up for the daytime
programming at the Sundance Film Festival Music Café during the 2007
Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. The Music Café is located at
The Star Bar, 268 Main Street. Daytime performances, produced by ASCAP,
will be open to Festival credential holders from January 19 - 27, 2007.
Performances will take place each day from 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM (4:00 PM -
6:45 PM on Friday, January 19).
For the ninth consecutive year, ASCAP will present an exciting and dynamic
mix of emerging and established artists from across the musical spectrum
and around the world. This year's featured performers include A Fine
Frenzy, Sarah Bareilles, Michael Brook, Donovan, Gran Bel Fisher, Emerson
Hart, Greg Laswell, Eric Lewis, Jon McLaughlin, Marc Black, James Morrison,
Alexi Murdoch, Dana Parish with Andrew Hollander, Chuck Prophet, Ron
Sexsmith, Silversun Pickups, Jill Sobule & Julia Sweeney, Sparta, Annie
Stela, The Album Leaf, The Bird and The Bee, Rosie Thomas and Simon
Townshend.

The Music Café, with daytime programming by ASCAP, continues to be one of
the most popular draws at the Festival. It is dedicated to showcasing the
exceptional talent of new artists, top names and emerging artists, and is a
place where independent filmmakers can meet and interact with film
composers and songwriters to encourage collaboration amongst all of these
talents.
