On January 16, 2007, DPA Flex arranges an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in connection with the nomination of a new board member and the takeover of GEOS IT Professionals B.V.
On December 21, 2006 DPA Flex announced that Mr J. van Duijn will be nominated to be appointed member of the board. Moreover, it was announced at the same moment that DPA Flex signed a purchase agreement for the takeover of GEOS IT Professionals B.V.
Both the appointment and the decision about the takeover will be submitted to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on January 16, 2007 at 2.00 pm at the Amsterdam office, address: Thomas R. Malthusstraat 3-B.
