SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 2, 2007 -- Industry Ventures, a leading secondary
fund focused on venture capital investments, today announced the closing of
its fourth fund, Industry Ventures Fund IV L.P., with $105 million of
committed capital. In addition, the firm announced the formation of two
co-investment partnerships with $15 million in committed capital. Industry

"The closing of Industry Ventures Fund IV is a great milestone for the
partnership," said Hans Swildens, Principal and Founder, Industry Ventures.
"The fund is capitalized by leading institutional limited partners in the
United States, Europe and Asia. It enables our team to focus on sourcing
and transacting with a committed pool of capital, and gives us the

liquidity event from their investments."

$200,000 to $25 million each. The fund will be managed by a team of three
